Dropshipping Services

 Ordering Information: Peter Stone office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.  Orders can be placed via our secure website or by fax 24 hours a day. It is helpful when placing telephone orders to have order information written down including item number, any sizes, stone selection, quantity, etc. A Tax Resale Number must accompany first wholesale order. Minimum order value $500.00. Below Minimum orders are subject to a 10% handling charge.  

 Shipping Information: Most orders are shipped within 14-21 business days of receipt. A 10% charge may be added if “rush” delivery is requested. Refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.

 Payment Terms: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or PayPal

Exchange Policy: NO Return. Exchanges can only be done within 7 business days after the customer has received the goods.  We currently have a No Refund Policy. Customer pay for Shipping and handling.

If a customer refuses any order there will be a 20% restocking fee.*
*If the order is produced and shipped, and delivered and you refuse the delivery and return that order there will be a 20% restocking fee. By placing your orders you agree to these terms and conditions.
A restocking 30% fee applies to all gold jewelry exchanges with a maximum amount not to exceed $200 for any single piece of jewelry.
The customer pays for shipping and insurance round trip.

An Exchange Fee Exception applies to gold jewelry exchanges that exceed the original gold purchase price by $450

Please call our customer service team at 1-800-397-8787 or email: pam@peterstone.com for exchange authorization and instructions before you exchange any items. Jewelry cannot be mailed back using a regular envelope due to problems with postal handling. Jewelry must be send in the original packaging or other padded/reinforced mailer.

 Prices: Due to price fluctuations in precious metals, prices are subject to change without notice.

- For all Sterling Silver Jewelry we allow our dropship customers to sell up to 30% lower than our retail website list prices: www.peterstone.com
- All gold jewelry must be sold no lower than our list retail website pricing.

 Quality: Peter Stone jewelry is hypoallergenic, nickel and lead free. Quality control experts vigorously inspect all orders before they leave our premises.

 Environment: The Peter Stone Company is dedicated to protecting and preserving our environment. We demonstrate this by recycling in our facilities and by the materials we use in our display units.
