Ordering Information: Peter Stone office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Orders can be placed via our secure website or by fax 24 hours a day. It is helpful when placing telephone orders to have order information written down including item number, any sizes, stone selection, quantity, etc. A Tax Resale Number must accompany first wholesale order. Minimum order value $500.00. Below Minimum orders are subject to a 10% handling charge.
Shipping Information: Most orders are shipped within 14-21 business days of receipt. A 10% charge may be added if “rush” delivery is requested. Refused orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Exchange Policy: NO Return. Exchanges can only be done within 7 business days after the customer has received the goods. We currently have a No Refund Policy. Customer pay for Shipping and handling.

Jewelry cannot be mailed back using a regular envelope due to problems with postal handling. Jewelry must be send in the original packaging or other padded/reinforced mailer.
