Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy: 

All of our jewelry is made to order.

There are no cash refunds only exchanges within 7 days after received. 

If a customer refuses any Silver order there will be a 20% restocking fee.*
*If the order is produced and shipped, and delivered and you refuse the delivery and return that order there will be a 20% restocking fee. By placing your orders you agree to these terms and conditions.

A restocking 30% fee applies to all gold jewelry exchanges with a maximum amount not to exceed $200 for any single piece of jewelry.

The customer pays for shipping and insurance round trip.

An Exchange Fee Exception applies to gold jewelry exchanges that exceed the original gold purchase price by $450

EXCHANGE:

If you feel like the piece of Peter Stone Jewelry is not the perfect match for you, you are eligible for a 7-day exchange for other items in our store for the same price or higher. The exchange should be made within 7 days from receiving date. We kindly ask you to cover the shipping cost when returning to us and sending back the exchange item to you.

Please call our customer service team at 1-800-397-8787 or email: customerservicebkk@peterstone.com for instructions before you return any items. Jewelry cannot be mailed back using a regular envelope due to problems with postal handling. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging or other padded/reinforced mailer.

Customs, Duties and Taxes.

The purchaser is responsible for making sure the jewelry can be lawfully imported to your destination country. When you are ordering from Peter Stone, the buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by your destination country. 

The receiver of international jewelry items may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are charges once the shipment reaches your country. Any charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over these charges and do not know if charges will apply and what they may be if any. Customs policies vary from country to country; If you are not sure you should contact your local customs office for information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause possible delays beyond our original delivery estimates, but in most cases are are non issues.
